How i cancel an order

Or you can submit a ticket by clicking the "My Tickets" button and send all the necessary information. We will reply to you in 24 hours.

Here at Metro Shopex we cannot cancel orders which have been shipped out. Thus please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to arrange "return for refund". Please DON'T refuse the delivery as the undelivered package will be destroyed by third party logistics.

Why do you take 8-10 days to deliver?

It’s been some days since I made the payment but I still have not received the products. What do I do?

Relax Your money is safe with us. Sometimes the shipping of the product might take more then 10 days. If after 10 days you still have not received your product then please contact our Customer Care team by Online chat Support with the issue in details and attach the relevant screenshots.


Why don’t you have a refund policy?

Unlike other sites we are not backed by big financial companies. We are a small startup passionate about proving the trendiest designs at affordable pricing. Our business model does not give us the flexibility to give refunds. Right now our policy does not allow you to exchange the product you ordered for a different product. You can change the size for a different size, if the size you ordered does not fit you. We do not have any Exchange on Bags. & Customized Items.
